Scope of Services
Diamond TC provides transaction coordination support to licensed California real estate agents. We begin work only on transactions with an opened escrow. Services performed are limited to the plan or à la carte items selected.

Terms & Conditions
These terms, maintained by Diamond TC, describe how we work with California Realtors. Final terms for a specific engagement are confirmed in writing at file intake.
Not Legal or Tax Advice
Diamond TC does not provide legal, tax, or lending advice. Agents remain responsible for advising their clients and for compliance with brokerage policy and California real estate law.
Fees & Payment
Fees are flat rate per transaction as published on the Pricing page. Coordination fees are typically paid at close through escrow via the commission disbursement authorization, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancelled Transactions
If a transaction cancels after work has begun, a fee may apply for services already performed. Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing at the time of file intake.
Agent Responsibilities
Agents are responsible for providing complete and accurate file information, timely signatures, and access to their transaction management platform. Delays in providing information may affect turnaround.
Turnaround & Hours
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Requests received outside those hours are addressed the next business day. Closed weekends and holidays.
Limitation of Liability
Diamond TC's liability for any claim arising from its services is limited to the fees paid for the transaction at issue.
